A grounded space to slow down and get clear.

Supporting women navigating seasons of transition, uncertainty, and quiet recalibration.

You might be here because…

You’ve been holding a lot, and something feels off, even if you can’t name it yet.

You’re capable, thoughtful, and successful by external standards, but internally depleted.

You’re feeling the weight of a life that looks right but doesn’t feel right.

You’re craving clarity, not more noise, pressure, or fixing.

You’re longing for space to breathe, soften, and come back home to yourself.

If any of this resonates, you’re in the right place.

When you slow down, what holds true has room to rise.

Hey there, I’m Stephanie.

I’m a holistic life coach and mind-body practitioner with a deep love for people, travel, culture, music, and the kind of conversations that help us come back to ourselves and remember what actually matters.

Much of my work is informed by my own experience of burnout, life transitions, and questioning the life I had built. I’ve seen, in myself and in many capable, thoughtful women, how years of prioritizing responsibility, achievement, and expectation can quietly pull us away from ourselves. Over time, pushing through misalignment can create subtle emotional and physical patterns that make it difficult to hear your own voice or trust what you’re sensing.

Today, I support women in slowing down, reconnecting with their bodies, and gently untangling what no longer serves them, creating space for clarity, self-trust, and more honest ways of living.

What support looks like here

Support here is grounded in nervous-system safety and awareness. This is not a space for fixing or forcing clarity, but for listening to your body, your breath, and what’s quietly asking for attention beneath the surface.

Our work may include honest conversation and reflection, gentle breathwork, guided meditation, or other mind-body practices, all offered in service of helping you settle, reconnect, and hear yourself more clearly.

Everything unfolds at a pace your nervous system can trust, honoring where you are rather than where you think you should be.

A place to begin

If you’re curious about working together, we can begin with a complimentary, short conversation. A space to ask questions, share what’s present for you, and sense whether there’s alignment.
