My Story
For much of my life, I lived a version of success that made sense from the outside…
I did what was expected of me, followed the “right” paths, and worked hard to build a life that reflected responsibility, achievement, and gratitude for the sacrifices that came before me. As the daughter of immigrants, making my parents proud mattered deeply, and I learned early how to be dependable, capable, and self-sufficient.
The one others could count on. The strong one. The caregiver.
And still, beneath all of that, there was a quieter truth...
A free-spirited part of me that longed for more spaciousness, creativity, and aliveness — a life that felt more honest and fully my own. Those desires often lived on the margins, expressed in small doses, carefully contained to avoid judgment or disappointment. Over time, caring deeply for others while living and working within systems that took more than they gave began to pull me further away from myself.
Something in me finally softened and broke open…
It wasn’t until my mother passed, after I had spent years as her primary caregiver, that something in me finally softened and broke open. In the wake of that loss, I found the courage to dismantle the life I had built and leave behind what no longer fit. That season was painful and disorienting, but it was also profoundly clarifying. It brought me back to myself in ways I couldn’t have imagined, and set me on a path toward creating a life that feels more aligned, rooted, and real.
Before making those changes…
I spent over a decade in public health, earning my Master of Public Health from Emory University and leading behavioral health and substance use prevention initiatives. Working at the intersection of systems and human behavior, I witnessed how deeply environments shape our well-being, and how often the nervous system and lived experience are left out of conversations about change.
I also came to understand how environments shaped by urgency, high stakes, and constant expectations for output can quietly disconnect even the most capable professionals from themselves. Many workplaces measure performance but rarely make space for restoration or for the whole person. Over time, that imbalance takes a toll.
Over time, it became clear that the kind of change I believed in had to reach deeper — beyond systems, beyond productivity, and into the body itself…
That realization led me into deeper study and training in holistic coaching, mind-body practices, and yoga, and eventually to building a soul-led practice grounded in nervous-system awareness, embodied clarity, and honest self-inquiry.
Background & Training
Master of Public Health (MPH), Emory University
Certified Holistic Life Coach
Certified Mind-Body Practitioner
Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200)
Today, I integrate that training with my lived experience and background in public health to support women who feel they’ve outgrown who they’ve been, even if what comes next isn’t yet clear.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for your autonomy, lived experience, and inner knowing. I don’t believe clarity can be rushed or forced, and I don’t see myself as someone who has answers for your life. My role is to offer a grounded, attentive presence, creating space for your truth to emerge safely and honestly.
I value mutual respect, transparency, and trust, and I approach this work as a collaborative relationship rather than a hierarchy. You’re not here to be fixed or shaped into a version of yourself that someone else thinks you should be. You’re here to be met fully, and as you are.
